Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to know if the following document contains the most up to date list of Common Customs Tariff duties suspensions? The document is called

If so, please can you provide the table of tariff suspensions, which starts on page 5 of this document and ends on page 717, in excel format?
If this is not the most up to date list of Common Customs Tariff duties suspensions, then please direct to me where that can be found. Please also provide in excel format.
