Dear Madam, Sir,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents - including but not limited to emails, papers, non-papers, minutes, reports and 4-column tables - related to the most recent trilogue meeting between the Parliament and the Council on the proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/73/EC concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas.

When you consider my request, I would like to ask you to specifically take note of the recent 'De Capitani v European Parliament' ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU.

All the best,
