Common rules for the internal market in natural gas

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documents - including but not limited to emails, papers, non-papers, minutes, reports and 4-column tables - related to the most recent trilogue meeting between the Parliament and the Council on the proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/73/EC concerning common rules for the internal market in natural gas.
When you consider my request, I would like to ask you to specifically take note of the recent 'De Capitani v European Parliament' ruling of the Court of Justice of the EU.

Dear Mr Teffer,
This is a reply to your application for access to documents "related to
the most recent trilogue meeting between the Parliament and the Council on
the proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council
amending Directive 2009/73/EC concerning common rules for the internal
market in natural gas".
No trilogue meeting was held in the legislative procedure 2017/0294(COD)
Internal market in natural gas: pipelines to and from third countries so
far, and no trilogue has been scheduled since the Council has not adopted
a position on this proposal yet.
However, the Commission's proposal for a Directive of the European
Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/73/EC concerning
common rules for the internal market in natural gas
and Parliament's report on the proposal for a directive of the European
Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/73/EC concerning
