Communication between DG and the Federal Belgian government/Wallonia

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All communication (including letters, e-mails and faxes) as well as meeting records (including agendas, Commission briefing papers and minutes) between officials at DG Trade (including the Commissioner and her cabinet) and
- the federal Belgian government
- the Walloon regional government
- any other sub-federal Belgian entity
on the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
since 1 January 2016.

2016/6798.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we were not in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired yesterday.
An extended time limit is needed as we are still in the process of
identifying the documents. In addition we have several other requests
ongoing and are working on each one as fast as we can.
Therefore, we have extended the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 20/01/2017.
