- All communication, including e-mails and minutes from conversations, from the European Union to the United States, and vice versa, about the eighth United States-European Union Energy Council, and the EU-US Energy Council Climate Change Working Group
- All internal European Commission communication, including e-mails and minutes from conversations, about the eighth United States-European Union Energy Council
- All documents since 1 January 2016, including e-mails, presentations and minutes, with references to the meetings of the EU-US Energy Council Climate Change Working Group
