Gracias por ponerse en contacto con la Unidad de Transparencia del
Parlamento Europeo.

En relación con su solicitud presentada en virtud del [1]Reglamento (EC)
No 1049/2001 en la que se pide el acceso público a la lista de gastos
electorales en los que ha incurrido cada partido en la campaña electoral
de 2019 -incluidos el importe y el tipo de gasto, el nombre de los
contratistas, el tipo de servicios, las fechas, etc.-, le informamos de
que el Parlamento no posee ni elabora ninguna lista de gastos electorales
en los que hayan incurrido los partidos.

No obstante, los balances financieros publicados como anexos a los
informes de auditoría de cada partido contienen información sobre el
importe global de los gastos para las campañas electorales, y está a
disposición del público [2]aquí.

En efecto, tal como establece el artículo 21 del [3]Reglamento (EU
Euratom) No 1141/2014, la financiación de los partidos políticos europeos
con cargo al presupuesto general de la Unión Europea puede utilizarse para
financiar campañas realizadas por los partidos políticos europeos en el
contexto de las elecciones al Parlamento Europeo en las que participen
ellos o sus miembros. Además, dichos gastos electorales deben ser
claramente identificados por los partidos políticos europeos en sus
balances financieros anuales.

Sobre esta base, el Parlamento considera tramitada su solicitud y cerrado
el procedimiento. No dude en volver a ponerse en contacto con nosotros si
hay otros documentos específicos del Parlamento a los que desee solicitar
acceso.
