Dear Secretariat-General of the Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my two access to documents request GestDem 2022/2940 and GestDem 2022/2941, to which I received a joint decision from DG CONNECT on 15 July 2022.

I submitted the two requests on 22 May 2022, asking for:

1) All emails sent from Head of Unit Lucilla Sioli to Director-General Roberto Viola during the period 1 February 2021 to 1 March 2021.
2) All emails sent from Director-General Roberto Viola to Head of Unit Lucilla Sioli during the period 1 February 2021 to 1 March 2021
3) All email correspondence between Lucilla Sioli, Head of Unit, and Nathalie Smuha, AI HLEG Coordinator
[no time period limit]

In the decision it is stated that "DG CONNECT does not hold any documents that would correspond to the description given in any of your applications."

I am kindly asking you to review this decision for the two requests.

Yours faithfully,

Greta Rosén Fondahn
