Consultation 2008 - 2009 TEN-E

We're waiting for Eloise Couffon to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Energy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents related to the consultation that took place from November 2008 to March 2009 on TEN-E following questions in the Green Paper "Towards a secure, sustainable and competitive European energy network".

Could you send me the replies sent to the Commission in the context of that consultation.
The impact assessment from 17.11.2010 mentions "91 written replies to the questions raised in the Green Paper". 13 came from Membres states, 1 from regulators, 16 from industry, 2 from academia, 13 from individual citizens, NGOs and other organizations".

Yours faithfully,

Eloïse Couffon
