Dear Justice (JUST), Dear Ms Reding,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. In relation to your response of 27 May 2013 submitted to asktheeu, accessible from here http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/441/r... , ref. here http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/441/r... and here http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/441/r... , I request all correspondence, minutes and logs of phone calls between Mr Paul Nemitz and Danish Institute for Human Rights, from 16 January 2012 until 24 June 2013.

2. Additionally, I request access to all correspondence, minutes and logs of phone calls and relevant information in relation to forgery of a document by an unidentified author from Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA). 3. I request information on the state of play of the forgery case and correspondence, minutes and logs of phone calls between Mrs Viviane Reding and / or her services and Director of FRA & Governing Board of FRA on the subject at stake.

4. Also I request correspondence, minutes and logs of phone calls between Ms Viviane Reding and / or her services and OLAF in relation to Case OF/2013/0328 “forgery of a document"). Details on the forgery case (circumstances, conditions, type of the forged document, effects and consequences, etc.).

Point 1

Upon receipt your request we checked whether there was any such correspondence or records of any such contacts between Mr Paul Nemitz and the Danish Institute for Human Rights, for the reference period mentioned in your email. Nothing showed up, therefore, as far as we can be aware, there has been no such correspondence or contacts.

A reply to your request will be sent to you by the European Anti-Fraud Office

Nothing showed up, therefore, as far as we can be aware therefore there has been no such correspondence or contacts.
