Dear Mr Harmsen,

We refer to your letters dated 21/12/2016 and 03/01/2017 in which you make
three requests for access to documents registered under numbers GESTDEM
2017/0101, GESTDEM 2017/0103 and GESTDEM 2017/0105, as far as DG GROW is
concerned.

Your applications are currently being handled. However, we will not be in
a position to complete the handling of your applications within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

An extended time limit is needed as your applications potentially concern
a particularly wide range of documents and require substantial research.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 17/02/2017.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,
