Dear Environment,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

all correspondence relating to livestock emissions in the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) between stakeholders and DG ENV, as well as minutes of any meetings that discussed this topic between stakeholders and DG ENV, for the time period 1st January 2021 to 4th April 2022.

Please note, I am not interested in meetings/correspondence with civil society or NGOs, but with industry/farming stakeholders.

Hello,

Please find attached a message concerning your request for access to
Commission documents registered under the above case number 2023/2378.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this message by return email.
Kind regards,

Dear Environment,

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the Commission documents sent in reply to my request case number 2023/2378.

However, the document that you released, namely:

1. Open Public Consultation (December 2020 – March 2021) Excel file listing of respondents who were prepared to be cited in a public manner (Ares(2023)3758132)

has been sent in pdf format, which makes it impossible to see what answers were given by particular organisations (ie the ones you noted as being relevant to my request).

Please could you send this document again in excel format rather than pdf format?

Yours faithfully,

Elaine Girvan
