heard the deliberation,
noting that Mr Timmermans has made a clear statement about the protection of whistleblowers;
noting that Ms Roelie Post wrote a whistleblower letter to the Prime Minister of the Netherlands when the Netherlands was President of the European Union;
noting that the problem she raised, child trafficking in intercountry adoptions, has by no means been resolved;
calls on the Dutch government and Mr Timmermans to arrive at a decent solution for both the case and for the person in question and to inform the House of this before 25 October,
And proceeds to the order of the day.

On 4 October Mrs Post contacted you and lifted privacy restrictions.
You confirmed on 5 October that the request would be dealt with.
Two months have passed since, without any further news.
Considering the importance of this request in light of the current developments in the case of the whistleblower in particular, and intercountry adoption in general, I hereby request review and access to the requested documents within a week.
