Contracts/agreements with

The request was refused by European Border and Coast Guard Agency.

Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- all contracts, agreements and/or contractual statements signed with Norway, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Finland in regards to Joint Operation Triton 2017.

These documents may be related – but not limited – to the cession or contribution by Member States of assets to be deployed in the operation, or other kind of material or financial contributions from the states to Frontex and vice versa in relation to Operation Triton.

1049/2001 and the extent of the documents you have requested, we must
extend the deadline to answer your application by another 15 working days.
Please be informed that the Agency is closed from 23 Dec 2017 to 2 Jan
2018 including, which is not taken into consideration for the calculation
