All records relating to proposed changes to Irish legislation in regard to the control of peat extraction subsequent to the programme of measures agreed with the European Commission in 2005 to allow the withdrawal of the case (Case C-294/03) against Ireland for failing to meet a 1999 European Court Judgment (Case C-392/96):
To include:
all records of any communications between the Commission and Ireland or any other party (including specifically the EU Petitions Committee) and the Commission relating to any proposed changes to Irish law in relation to the control and regulation of peat extraction in rural areas
Any other relevant records.
We would be grateful for these records in electronic format.
