I am a legal scholar researching EU defence integration and pursuing an analysis of the functioning and output of the Coordinated Annual Review on Defence.

Therefore I am requesting the following documents for research purposes:

Coordinated Annual REview on Defence Trial Run Report, CARD Trial Run Aggregated Analysis, CARD Initial Information document, EU Military Capability Questionnaire and related forms and documents that were or are currently used to collect information on defence planning by the Member States and to report on the results to the Steering Board and the Council.

While I understand that the substance of the documents may be subject to confidentiality rules regarding defence, I am interested in the structure of the documents / in the forms and therefore request the "empty" forms/document structures, if access to full information has to be denied.
