Copyright related studies commissioned by the European Commission

Julia Reda made this access to documents request to Secretariat General of the European Commission

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Julia Reda to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Julia Reda

Delivered

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Please send me one copy of each study pertaining to the topic of copyright and related topics, commissioned, ordered, tendered or received since 2013. If the final version of a study has not been received yet, the name, title and date should be enough.

In case the European Commission has publicly released the document in question already, I appreciate a hyperlink to the resource.

The term study should be understood in a spacious way, it should include answers to single legal questions, surveys, compilations of literature, meta-studies and reviews as well as digests and analytic essays.

I want studies (as defined above) sent from and to the Legal Service, the JRC or other Commission entities and Agencies to be included in this request.

The term "copyright and related topics" should include the copyright part of the intellectual property rights as well as intellectual property rights referred to in trade agreements, international treaties, the European acquis and inter-institutional agreements.

Yours faithfully,

Julia Reda
