We reply to Your request, made on 26th of December 2023, to have access to
documents and information on the activities of this Permanent
Representation regarding possible meetings which took place since 1st of
January 2022 with representatives of IIF, JPMorgan Chase & Co, EUROSIF,
Vanguard and Blackrock concerning the Corporate Sustainability Due
Diligence Directive.

Your request does not concern the access to documents of the Union
institutions, bodies, offices and agencies under Art. 15 TFEU, nor to
documents of the EU institutions under Regulation (EC) no. 1049/2001,
nor to environmental information held by EU institutions and bodies under
Regulation (EC) no. 1367/2006. Therefore, there is no relevant right of
access to documents under EU Law. In any event, we are in a position to
confirm that no such meetings have occurred between our officials and the
above mentioned stakeholders concerning the Due Diligence Directive.

All the meetings that the Permanent Representative, the Deputy Permanent
Representative and the Permanent Representative to the PSC have with
stakeholders are recorded in due course in our Transparency Register,

On the (possible) meetings that employees of the Permanent Representation
of Italy to the European Union had with representatives (or members) of
IIF, JPMorgan Chase & Co, EUROSIF, Vanguard and Blackrock since 1st
January 2022 on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive

I would like to request a list of these meetings including, but not
