Correspondence about conflict minerals

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

-all correspondence (including emails), agendas, minutes of meetings and any other reports of such meetings where proposed EU regulation on conflict minerals was discussed* (between March 5th 2014 and June 15th 2016). These include -- but are not limited to -- correspondences, agendas and minutes of meetings related to the Trade Policy Committee (TPC), the Working Party on Trade Questions (WPTQ), COREPER II, the Antici Group and the Foreign Affairs Council.

This request includes all officials and/or representatives of the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU, including the Permanent Representative François Roux.

Do not hesitate to get back to me should you need any further information which could facilitate your research.

Yours faithfully,
