Dear Sir,

We understand that you are referring to advice given by outside bodies
(for example ASH UK, CRUK & EPHA) in the framework of the Parliamentary
report on the Tobacco Products Directive. Please note that rapporteur
MEP Linda McAvan has annexed a detailled legislative footprint to her
report listing outside bodies consulted, which can be viewed here: (see
p.81)
http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getD...
RT+A7-2013-0276+0+DOC+PDF+V0//EN

Please note that this legislative footprint is due to be updated by the
rapporteur ahead of the vote in plenary (Feb II session).

We would also like to inform you that ENVI committee held a workshop on
e-cigarettes in order to have an exchange with experts on 7 May 2013.
The video of the event and a detailled report on the proceedings are
available on the following links:

In addition, and for more general information available on the subject,
you will find attached the EP library's briefing on electronic
cigarettes.

We hope this is helpful.
