Correspondence between German government and ECJ

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Any kind of correspondence between the German Ministry of Interior, Federal Foreign Office or Chancellor's Office and members of ECJ referencing the case C-638/16 between 15 January and 7 March 2017.

Regulation n° 1049/2001 is not applicable to the Court when it exercises judicial functions
