Correspondence between OLAF and CoR re whistleblower Robert McCoy
Dear European Anti-Fraud Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All correspondence between OLAF and the Committee of the Regions regarding the case of Robert McCoy, a bona fide whistleblower who was the financial controller and internal auditor of the Committee of the Regions. I am kindly requesting correspondence specifically from December 2015 and January 2016.
