Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

With regards to the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 21) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the 11th session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP 11), Paris 2015, I request any and all correspondence from 1st December 2014 between the European Commissioner for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (and staff), and the following organisations: BusinessEurope, the Confederation of European Paper Industries (AKA CEPI), Electricity for Europe (AKA Eurelectric), the European Steel Association (AKA Eurofer), the European Association of Metals (AKA Eurometaux), the European Chemical Industry Council (AKA Cefic), FuelsEurope (formerly Europia) and the International Association of Oil and Gas Producer (AKA IOGP, formerly OGP).

Dear Mr Fagan-Watson,
 
We refer to your e-mail dated 04/02/2016 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 05/02/2016 under the above mentioned
reference number.
 
Your application is currently being handled. However, since the search for
documents in the Cabinet is still pending, we will not be in a position to
complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15
working days, which expires today (26/02/2016).
 
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 18/03/2016.
