request for access to documents, registered under the above mentioned
reference number.

 

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires tomorrow on 07/06/2018.

An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns a large

In the indicated period from 26 April 2017 till 26 January 2018,
concerning the 13 electricity and gas transmission project promoter
companies, the Directorate-General for Energy had contacts within the
context of the Projects of Common Interest process (PCI process) and the
Commission Initiative on Central and South-Eastern European Energy
Connectivity (CESEC) and the High Level Group for South-West Europe on
Interconnections.

 

Under the PCI process, these companies, based on the geographical location
of their projects, are part of the respective Regional Groups, kindly find
attached the specific documents corresponding to your request.

 

Additional documents and list of meetings of these Regional Groups can be
found online in the folder: "13 TEN-E Regional Group Meetings" available
