Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

I am writing to submit a request under the European Union's Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council, and Commission documents.

I kindly request access to all correspondence of any nature, encompassing but not confined to emails, letters, faxes, or any written communications between representatives of ArcelorMittal and Joan Canton and/or Thierry Breton between 01/01/2020 and 01/09/2023. Specifically, I am interested in documents in which the terms "hydrogen," "gas," “state aid,” "LNG," "natural gas," "IPCEI," and "Gijón” are discussed.

Please provide the requested documents within the timeframe specified by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. If any of the requested documents are subject to exceptions or restrictions under this regulation, please clearly indicate the reasons for the refusal and specify the legal basis for such refusal. I accept receiving partially disclosed documents.
