Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information (concerning the first version of the Cotonou Agreement (2000)):

Negotiation mandates and directives for the Cotonou Agreement
List of EU negotiators, trade experts, researchers involved in the preparation of the Cotonou negotiations
