Court-order fines member states 2022 update

Peter made this access to documents request to Budget

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Budget should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Madam, Sir,

On 31 January 2022, I requested the DG Budget Access to Documents team 'All data on the total amount of fines paid per member state per infringement, for the period from 1 January 2012 until 1 January 2022.'

The BUDG Fines Team kindly compiled this information (see Ares(2022)716399 and Ares(2022)1135821 and Ares(2022)1362925) and provided them in Excel format.

I would like to kindly request an updated version of this .xlsx document, with the available data from 2022 until present included.

Sincerely,
Peter Teffer
