Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

From 22 July 2018 to date:

- All correspondence, including all attachments, as well as all internal documents (memos, drafts, notes, minutes, reports, etc) regarding, discussing or mentioning access to documents policies and/or rules, and their applicability to CSDP missions.

This could include, for example, internal discussions within the EEAS with regards to this topic, or EEAS correspondence with CSDP missions regarding the nature, (in-)existence, drafting, or approval of access to documents policies.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any clarification in regards to any aspect of my request.

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Luisa Izuzquiza
