Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

A list that contains all members of the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed - Phytopharmaceuticals and all its sub-committees, including information on which member states they are representing.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Gebbels,

Thank you for your request submitted by e-mail on 24 March 2016 and by
means of which you asked for "A list that contains all members of the
Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed -
Phytopharmaceuticals and all its sub-committees, including information on
which member states they are representing", under [1]Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 on public access to documents (hereinafter the 'PAD
Regulation').

Please be informed that the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food
and Feed (hereinafter referred as 'the PAFF Committee') is a [2]Comitology
Committee composed of representatives from EU Member States and which is
chaired by a European Commission representative, risk managers. It is
divided into fourteen different sections that you can find on the
[3]website of the European Commission, Directorate Health and Food Safety
(SANTE). The list you are requesting for the pesticides section is
available at the following link:
[4]http://ec.europa.eu/food/plant/pesticide....

As per your request regarding the list of all the members of the PAFF
Committee in all sections, since the meetings and composition are handled
by the European Commission and not by EFSA, we would recommend to submit
your request to the European Commission DG SANTE, public access to
documents team to the following e-mail:
[5][email address]. The EC will be able to guide
you to find the information requested or process your request, since EFSA
is not in the possession of such lists.

We trust the above addresses your question.

Yours sincerely,

EFSA Public access to documents team
