Dear Mr Kotkamp,

The Agency refers to your request for public access to documents which was
registered under the reference number PAD 12/2022 on 16 June 2022.

In order to facilitate the processing of your request, the Agency has
decided to divide it into two (2) parts, in accordance with the points of
the your initial email, as follows:

-          Part I: “Any communication, including annexes, between eu-LISA

since the start of the year 2015 concerning cyberattacks to eu-LISA
systems. This could include but is not limited to, e-mails, text messages,
basis documents, memos or drafts, and evaluation reports.”;

-          Part II: “Any documentation transmitted internally within
eu-LISA since the start of the year 2015 detailing information on cyber

Please note that the Part I of your request is currently being assessed.

Regarding Part II of your request, the Agency would like to inform you
that your request is very generic and, at this stage, the Agency is unable

provide more detailed information on the documents which you would like to
have access to. In particular, the Agency invites you to specify to which
type of documents (e.g. reports) and for which time period you would like
to have access. Furthermore, in order to better understand the scope of
the Part II of your request and facilitate its processing, it would be
most helpful if you could offer some additional input to clarify which
type of information you expect in the domain of eu-LISA’s cyber security
risk management and operations.

The Agency invites you to clarify your request by 12 July 2022 eob.

Please note that, as set out in the Article 6(4) of the Decision No

acknowledged receipt of your clarification reply.

In the absence of response within this timeframe, the Part II of your
request will be considered as closed and it will not be further processed.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
