Data from Operational Activities in Hungary since 2020
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
As part of its return operations in Hungary, Frontex monitors the correct implementation of return procedures by the Hungarian authorities.
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- operational reports (either by staff deployed in returns from Hungary or by independent monitors)
- complaints filed against staff deployed by Hungarian authorities
- serious incident reports
- copies of communication of any other type to the Agency on alleged violations of fundamental rights.
The timeline for this data should cover the period from January 1st 2020 until today.
