Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Data on the results of "Aerial Surveillance Services for Border & Coast Guard Function" - reference number Frontex/OP/104/2018/JL/MS.
I am requesting to know which contractors have acquired each of the six lots included in the tender, namely:
Lot 1 - Land Area Aerial Surveillance
Lot 2 - Coastline Maritime Area Aerial Surveillance
Lot 3 - Mid-Range Maritime Area Aerial Surveillance — data sharing via Remote Mission Portal
Lot 4 - Long-Range Maritime Area Aerial Surveillance – data sharing via Remote Mission Portal
Lot 5 - Mid-Range Maritime Area Aerial Surveillance — data sharing via direct data streaming
Lot 6 - Long-Range Maritime Area Aerial Surveillance — data sharing via direct data streaming
Additionally, I am seeking data on which period the services described in the six lots will be delivered and which EU Member States will benefit, as well as the cost for services delivered in each slot.
I would prefer that the information be shared in excel file format or similar, where applicable. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any clarification in regard to any aspect of our request.
Please note that I will be sending a copy of my ID document directly by email, but I request that all responses are sent to the AsktheEU.org email relating to this request. Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,
Daniel Howden
