Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would kindly request data on the number of migrants (and deaths) with the transport type that has been used. I would like to have this data possibly either with the lat/lon or at least the route of migration (Western, Central or Eastern Mediterranean route).

Yours faithfully,
Claudio Deiana

Dear PAD,

Thank you for the answer.
I received the data but not the one I kindly requested.
It seemed that my request was not well received or it was simply misinterpreted.

In other words, I would like to obtain the daily numbers of crossings by type of transport. So I just need:
- the day of the event (since 2010 as far as I understand from your previous email);
- For each day, the number of migrants by type of transport.
No other info are needed.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Yours sincerely,

Claudio Deiana

Dear PAD,

Thank you for this document. Compared to my initial request, I would need to define for each event the route (Central Med, etc...).

Could you provide the missing information?

Dear Mr Deiana,

We acknowledge receipt of your application confirming your initial
application of 11 March 2019 and clarified on 20 March 2019 for access to
Frontex documents.

However, on 1 April 2019, when you submitted your confirmatory
application, Frontex was still within the time-limit for this initial
application as laid down in Article 7 of the Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

Thus, your confirmatory application is inadmissible.
