Debrief interviews

Nikolaj Nielsen made this access to documents request to European Border and Coast Guard Agency

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, European Border and Coast Guard Agency should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Frontex officers, during their debrief interviews with migrants, have fed some 13,000 names of suspected smugglers over the past six years into PeDRA, and by extension, onto a Europol database.

- documents indicating that the names collected during those debriefs also include names belonging to MEPs and/or names of people working for NGOs.

Yours faithfully,

Nikolaj Nielsen
