Dear AGRI Access to Documents team,

Thank you for your letter, proposing a fair solution to my request GESTDEM 2022/3500.

You suggest to limit the request, regarding potential irregularities or fraud concerning Common Agricultural Policy funds recipients, to:
1) within the six months of your choice (this could be for instance from 1.01.2022 to
17.06.2022),
2) and concerning three Member States of your choice.

Please see to my comments to your proposed fair solution below:

Point 1: I agree with this suggestion and will limit the period to 1.01.2022 to 17.06.2022.
Point 2: I am limiting the request to cover Finland, Germany and Malta.

Thank you in advance.

Yours sincerely,
Greta Rosén Fondahn
