DG Trade TTIP meetings

The request was successful.

Dear Trade,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

A list of meetings of DG Trade members with representatives of individual companies, lobby consultancies, law firms or any other entity to treat any topic related with TTIP negotiations. I ask for this informartion since January 2012 until now with detail of:

-Date of the meeting
-Subject treated
-Conclusions of the meeting
-Name and activity of the organisation/company/lobby attending
-If possible, people/representatives who attendeded to these meetings and their positions in both sides.

I assume that 2016 will be incomplete, but I would like to have access to all registers you have collected of the present year. If there are any upcoming meetings, I would like them to be included.

If any of the details listed above is not available, I ask for the rest of the data as complete as possible.

Finally, I would like to receive the information in electronic form and, if possible, in .csv, .xls or any other reusable format.

Yours faithfully,

Adrián

Dear Mr Blanco,

We refer to your e-mails of 11 and 12 July 2016 in which you make a request for access to documents, registered on 13/07/2016 under the above mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we were not able to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today.
