Digital stakeholder forum
Dear Informatics,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting information about the Digital Stakeholder Forum, including the events held on 15 April 2015 and 19 May 2015. This should include the full list of all meetings held, full membership and attendance lists (including on the Commission side and all third parties), and all minutes and agendas.

We refer to your message dated 18/08/2016 in which you made a request for access to documents (registered on 22/08/2016 under reference GESTDEM 2016/4636), as well as a request for information.
As regards your request for access to documents, your application is currently being handled. However, we will very likely not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 12/09/2016). An extended time limit is needed, as several units in DIGIT need to be consulted in order to process your application efficiently.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 03/10/2016.
As regards your request for information, you should expect a reply within the same time frame.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
