Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your letter. We look forward to shortly receiving
substantive answers to the outstanding questions.

In the meantime, in relation to the type of information about grievance
mechanisms for EC-protected areas we request (point 3), we would be
grateful if you could share with us any documentation about these for each
of the protected areas supported through the various phases of the ECOFAC
programme as well as for any the programmes linked to protected areas in
Central Africa such as the « Environnement et agriculture durable pour la
sauvegarde des sites biologiques prioritaires de la République
démocratique du Congo ». Presumably, there must be documents readily
available specifying how each of the mechanisms work as well as basic
information on the number, type and outcomes of complaints received?

Hope this clarifies.

With best regards,
