Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, we are requesting the following documents and information relating to BASF's application for renewal of the approval of Boscalid:

- EFSA's request(s) for additional information pursuant to Article 13(3) of Regulation 2012/844 (including the deadline granted to BASF to supply such information);

- documents and information provided by BASF in response to EFSA's request(s) for additional information pursuant to Article 13(3) of Regulation 2012/844 (including the date on which such documents and information were provided)

- any other information, documents, email and/or correspondence relating to EFSA's exchanges with BASF about potential data gaps in the renewal dossiers, the studies in the initial dossiers and further information requested and/or received throughout the process, as well as status of the peer-review.
