Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The European Commission sent to the Slovak government a letter of formal notice , observing that the prohibition on health insurance companies to freely dispose of any profits resulting from the provision of public health insurance in Slovakia constitutes an unjustified restriction on the freedom of capital movements. The infringement case number is No 2008/4268

I, however, was originally informed that I would receive an answer to my request for documents by 03/04/2023, thus, the time limit of 15 working days has well passed and I have, so far, not received an alternative date when to expect the documents.
