Documents on sharing economy
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) a list of meetings (from 1. January 2015 till today) of Commissioner Elżbieta Bieńkowska, members of her cabinet or representatives of DG Grow AND representatives of the European Holiday Home Association, Sharing Economy, European Collaborative Economy Forum, European Digital Media Association and AirBnB.
2) minutes and other reports of these meetings;
3) all correspondence with entities listed above, including emails from 1. January 2015 till today).
In case my description is not sufficiently precise, I hereby would like to ask you to assist me in further clarifying the application according to regulation 1049/01 article
6.2.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial
release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6. I reserve the right to appeal.
Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 working days, according to the regulation.

access to documents, registered on 14/09/2017 under the above mentioned
reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 05/10/2017.
An extended time limit is needed as part of the documents requested
originate from third parties which have been consulted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 26/10/2017.
