Dear Enterprise and Industry (ENTR),
Dear Mrs La Rovere,

Thank you for your reply of 23 August 2013 and the documents you sent regarding my requests GESTDEM 2013 3640 and GESTDEM 2013 3641.

Could you please send again the following xls document, which could not be opened:
GESTDEM 2013 3640 HOREL Document register template update.xls

I take good note that your response concerning request GESTDEM 2013 3640 for the Commissionner and cabinet members is delayed until September as the officials in charge of the dossiers in the Cabinet are currently on annual leave. I hope that it means early September so that my request does not suffer unjustified delay.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Enterprise and Industry (ENTR),
Dear Mrs La Rovere,

Many thanks for sending this convenient document again. I could open it this time.

Dear Enterprise and Industry (ENTR),
Dear Mrs La Rovere,

After reading the documents you sent, I would like to ask you the two following documents that are mentioned in them:

1- "Thought starter on endocrine disruptors".
In a 7 June 2013 email from AmCham to DG ENTR,
AmCham writes: we "would like to share the following comments relevant to the questions raised in the 'thought starter on endocrine disruptors'".
(AmCham to EU 130607.PDF).

2-Draft report on the Expert Panel to resolve the ED low doses effects that took place 22-23 April 2013, in Barcelona.
This document is mentioned as an attachment to a 3 July 2013 Email from CEFIC/ECETOC to DG ENTR: "You will find attached the draft report on the Expert Panel to resolve the ED low doses effects that took place 22-23 April 2013, in Barcelona."
(CEFIC LRI Role in OECD 130703.PDF)

Thank you for your help.
Yours faithfully,

Stéphane Horel

Dear Enterprise and Industry (ENTR),
Dear Mrs La Rovere,

I would like to draw your attention on a problematic point. I just noticed that Mr David Sanchez made an access to document application through ask the EU (DG ENTR contacts with biotech industry - http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/dg_en...). Documents released by DG ENTR to Mr Sanchez included documents related to endocrine disrupters, but were not included in your release for my request.

–The first one concerns a 21 December 2012 Stakeholder meeting with ECPA at DG ENTR. The subject was "Bees and endocrine disruptors" (document "ECPA DEC 2012.pdf" and also mentioned in "GESTDEM 2013 2343 SANCHEZ Meeting list.doc" in Mr Sanchez's request)

–The second one concerns a 1 March 2013 Meeting with BASF at DG ENTR. The table you sent to me indicates that there are no minutes for this meeting (GESTDEM 2013 3640 HOREL Meeting list template.doc). But in your reply to Mr Sanchez, you indicated that there were minutes (GESTDEM 2013 2343 SANCHEZ Meeting list.doc) and released them (BASF March 2013.pdf in his request).

This perplexing findings lead me to make a confirmatory application and kindly ask you to double-check that nothing else was omitted.

Thank you for your assistance.
Yours faithfully,

Stéphane Horel
