All documents that pertain to the acquisition process of the private residence of the Head of Delegation of the EU delegation in Rolling Hills, Tirana, Albania, including but not limited to:
- The comprehensive analysis that preceded the decision to acquire the residence, including the market survey and independent expert estimate, the quotes from different real estate companies consulted in the process, as well as any other material that was consulted in preparation of the acquisition of the residence.
- Any documents produced during the negotiations between the EU delegation, EEAS, and the selling party.
- EEAS policy documents regarding the acquisition of real estate by delegations in non-EU countries.
- The final sales contract.
