documents related to CJEU Case C-401/19

on 20^th of May. All applications should in principle be handled within 15
working days' time limit. Please note in this regard that the Parliament
was closed on 21^th, 22^th of May as well as on 1^st of June. Therefore,
the time limit in your case expires today on 15 of June. However, due to
the coronavirus situation and in part to longer term, than expected,
consultation within the services of the EU Parliament, your case needs
more time for replying. Thus, exceptionally the time limit to reply to
