Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) reports of the Commission field visit to Hungary on 18-19 October 2016;
2) recommendation to the Executive director by the Frontex Consultative Forum to take action pursuant art. 25 (4) of the EBCG Regulation in relation of the JO FOA 2016 Land/WB (addressed on 14 November 2016)
3) All the relevant documents related to the possibility to terminate or suspend the JO FOA 2016 Land/WB pursuant art. 25 of the EBCG Regulation, including reports on the Hungary-Serbia border situation, Agency's internal communications and recommendations, etc.
