On 22-7-2021 the Commission published the Regulatory Scrutiny Board’s opinions about the impact assessment on the deforestation and forest degradation proposal (SEC (2021) 395).

The first opinion about the first draft impact assessment, submitted to the RSB on 11 April 2021, was negative.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the version of the impact assessment that was submitted to the RSB on 11 April 2021 and subject to its first negative opinion.
