We regret to inform you that no documents were found that would correspond
to the description given in your application.

Indeed, as specified in Article 2(2) of the [1]Eurojust Decision to adopt
rules regarding public access to Eurojuts documents of 13/07/2004, the
right of access as defined in that Decision applies only to existing
documents in the possession of Eurojust.

Given that no such documents have been identified, Eurojust is not in a
position to handle your request.

 

In accordance with Article 7(4) of the aforementioned Eurojust Decision,
you are entitled to make a confirmatory application requesting Eurojust to
