Chère Agence des droits fondamentaux de l'Union européenne,
Au titre du droit d'accès aux documents dans les traités de l'UE, élaboré dans le Règlement 1049/2001, je demande les documents contenant ces informations: les échanges de SMS entre Mde von der Leyen, présidente de la commission européenne et Mr Bourla, PDG de Pfizer. Ces messages font partie du marché public. C'est en tant que citoyen belge et en vertu de l'article 42 de la Charte des droits fondamentaux de l'UE relatif à la transparence que je demande de pouvoir les consulter. Vu les montants considérables mis en jeu et s'agissant d'argent public, vu que ces montants ont été destinés à acheter des doses de vaccins pour la population et sachant que Mde von der Leyen n' a pas la compétence de gérer de tels contrats; j'estime en effet qu'il est nécessaire d'avoir un droit de regard sur ces échanges de messages.
