Dear Mr Commain,

Thanks for your interest in the discussions held at the Economic and Financial Committee meeting. Regarding your disclosure request, we cannot grant you the access to the list of EFC members since 2008, because of personal data protection rules.

As regards your two other requests, we would be grateful if you could narrow the scope by telling us which specific items you would like to consult. To this aim, you will find attached the agendas of the EFC meetings from 2008 to 2013. Please note that we will then try to do our best to accommodate your request, but sometimes some para of the minutes are explicit to be widely disclosed.

Kind regards,

Julien Moulonguet
