EEAS working languages
Dear European External Action Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents held by the EEAS that contain the following information:
1. Documents containing information about the number of requests that you have received in the past three (3) years and the language in which those requests were (i) received and (ii) answered.
2. Documents that relate to the EEAS policy on the languages for your websites.
These documents might include policy documents, minutes of meetings, decisions about the development of the website, email exchanges relating to use of languages on the website, etc.
In particular I am interested in documents that relate to this page for requesting information and whether a decision has been taken for the page to be available only in English.
I also request access to documents that relate to the decision to make available documents in only two of the EU's 23 official languages.
Yours faithfully,
Helen Darbishire

Dear EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS,
Thanks for this message. It seems you mixed up my direct communication with you and this request.
In any case, I have tried requesting from another computer (a Mac) and it did work. Maybe it depends on the version of the operating system?
all the best
Helen
