Electrical and electronic waste

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Environment should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Environment (ENV),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

-EU policy on electrical and electronic waste;
-The amount of money/resources given to countries within Europe to implement such policy (e.g. in order to buy trash containers such as RAEEpoint in Bologna, Italy);
-Any specific agreement among EU member states in relation to the dumping sites to which this type of waste is directed;
-If sites are located outside Europe, is there any agreement between the EU and these receiving states?
-Any support given to non-governmental organisations helping countries to deal with electrical and electronic waste issues in EU and non-EU countries.

Yours faithfully,

Gianluca Avagnina

Dear Environment (ENV),

by law, you should normally have responded to my request by April
18, 2014.

I wonder whether it is still possible to get the information I
need.

Yours faithfully,

Gianluca Avagnina
